ResumeAtlas

Chrome extension

Match and tailor your resume on the job page

The ResumeAtlas extension puts both tools one click away while you're looking at a job. It reads the job description for you — check your fit and fix the gaps, or produce the strongest truthful version of your resume, then download it without leaving the posting.

Two tools, separate entry points

Match Resume

Score your resume against a job and find the gaps to fix

Paste or grab the job description, add your resume, and get a match score with a full report — the skills and keywords you already prove, the ones you're missing, and where a recruiter would screen you out. Then improve the match and download the stronger version.

Tailor Resume

Rewrite your resume for the job using real, transferable experience — nothing invented

Give it your resume and the job description and it produces the strongest truthful version of your resume: relevant experience brought forward, transferable skills surfaced, wording aligned to the posting. It never adds an employer or achievement you didn't have, never invents a metric, and a skill is added only when a bullet already shows it.

FAQ

What's the difference between Match and Tailor?

Match answers "how well does my resume fit this job, and what should I change?" — it gives you a score and a gap report. Tailor answers "produce the strongest honest version of my resume for this job" — it rewrites, without a score or a comparison report. They're separate tools with separate credits inside the extension.

Does Tailor make things up to fit the job?

No. Tailor only works from what's already on your resume — it reorders, reframes, and surfaces transferable experience, presenting your latest role as the posting's role. Older roles stay as written, and it never invents a tool, an achievement, or a metric you didn't have.

Is it free?

Yes to use. Match runs free with no stated limit — score, missing keywords and verdict — and your first optimized-resume download every 30 days is free; Tailor gives you 3 free tailors a day per person, and a pack removes the daily limit. Beyond that, each tool has its own credit packs — a Match download credit is never spent on a Tailor action or the other way around.

Do I need a ResumeAtlas account?

You can run a Match analysis or a Tailor preview without signing in. Downloading a finished resume, and buying credits, needs a free account — sign in happens right inside the extension.

Which job sites does the auto-fill work on?

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Ashby are supported directly, and many other boards work automatically when the page publishes standard job-posting data. On any page, you can always paste the description yourself.
