Refund Requests
All refund requests are reviewed and approved at ResumeAtlas's sole discretion. Refunds may be considered for technical issues, service failures, or other exceptional circumstances. There is no automatic refund window or guarantee.
Submitting a Refund Request
To request a refund, contact us at support@resumeatlas.io with details about your purchase and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7–14 business days. Approved refunds may take several weeks to process.
