Partly. ChatGPT can read your resume text and comment on structure and wording, but it never sees the file the way an ATS does — it doesn't run the extraction, so it can't tell you that your two-column layout merged your job titles into your dates or that the skills grid came out as one line. Use a checker that shows the extracted record for that, then use ChatGPT for the rewrite.
